Inked Up Notary & Weddings was founded by Rachel E. Cheshier, a passionate and dedicated professional living in the serene mountains of Tennessee with her family, including four cats of their own and several fosters. Rachel’s background is as unique as her journey—she holds a Bachelor’s degree in History/Political Studies and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, bringing a strong foundation in critical thinking, attention to detail, and confidentiality to every service she offers.

Rachel started Inked Up Notary & Weddings with one goal in mind: create a simple, affordable, and customizable way to say your “I dos” and legalize your marriage.

Rachel is commissioned as a notary in Carter County, Tennessee and is fully trained as a National Notary Association (NNA) Notary Signing Agent and certified with Notary2Pro as a Loan Signing Agent.
